Terms & Policy

Author/publisher must provide the review copy 1 month in advance before tour begins for novella-novel works. The manuscripts that fall under 25,000 words will have to have their review copy in 2 weeks in advance before tour begins.

Review copies need to be provided in e-pub, Mobi & PDF formats to be specific to the hosts devices.

Book Cover, Author Picture and Book Information is all due within 48 hours for promotional materials to be created to promote the event.

Once planning starts, the book tour, blitz is non-refundable.

If you decide to book a tour with us, please don’t book another tour within 30 days before or after the tour. This will make sure your tour has a good outcome where piling to many tours close will affect the overall affect of the tour.

Although our deluxe packages state there is no max on tour hosts. We will do our utmost to get the minimum hosts for your event. If we are unable to get enough hosts signed up for the tour we will provide a complimentary tour of your choice.

We allow our hosts to opt out of tours if they can’t rate the novels provided above 3 stars in a 5 star ranking. This doesn’t mean they will drop completely from the tour they will be switched to author spotlights or other fun items to create a variety among the posts.

Payments are expected  in full before events begin their planning stage on individual tour packages. If you have signed up for bundle packages you have the option to pay in full before the tour begins or create a payment plan.

Payment plans are to be paid in full before the end of the year. The balance will not be carried over into the next year. There will be a required first payment due on the day of booking your tours.

Author/publisher is responsible for getting promo post materials to us within a month period before the tour begins. The promo posts can consist of: excerpts, guest posts, author interviews, character interviews, playlists, etc. We will also provide a list of host interested in hosting guest posts, interviews, etc. This way you will know what is expected and what is all needed.

Payments are made through PayPal. Payments will be due upon receipt. Late fees will apply if you do not contact to make arrangements and you miss the payment date.
